Property owners in Alameda County paid 0.7% of the value of their homes in property taxes in the second quarter of 2024, which is less than 0.6 times the national average, according to the real estate analysis posted by East Alameda News.
In July, the median sale price of a home in Alameda County rose by $87,500 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 5.3%.
In June, the median sale price of a home in Alameda County rose by $95,000 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 10.7%.
