Eric Swalwell has served as a member of Congress since 2013 after succeeding Pete Stark. He was born in Sac City, Iowa in 1980 and currently resides in Livermore. Swalwell holds both a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park (2003) and a JD from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (2006).
