Rep. Eric Swalwell, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California’s 14th district since 2013, posted a series of tweets on July 27, 2025, addressing political issues and public figures.

In his first tweet at 20:12 UTC, Swalwell commented, “I just wish he’d get caught trying to lower our bills.”

Later that evening at 22:15 UTC, he wrote another post directed at an unnamed individual: “Drama Dan Maybe just produce the Epstein files you promised?”

At 22:32 UTC, Swalwell continued with a tweet referencing Kash Patel and several other public figures: “They ALL know. Kash is basically leading a whisper campaign to try and get this out to us. How can @DonaldJTrumpJr @EricTrump @LauraLoomer keep defending this? Listen to Kash! He wouldn’t spread this unless he knew.”

Swalwell has been serving in Congress since succeeding Pete Stark in 2013. Born in Sac City, Iowa in 1980 and currently residing in Livermore, Swalwell holds degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park (BA) and the University of Maryland, Baltimore (JD).
