Get ready—Tell them HANDS OFF your care!” His message urged constituents to be vigilant about their healthcare services amidst policy changes.
Later that day, Swalwell highlighted Livermore’s emerging reputation in the wine industry with his tweet: “Livermore is making waves as one of CA’s top hidden wine gems. Historic roots, innovative growers, climate-smart practices—and yes, winemakers pouring the tastings themselves. Cheers to #CA14!” This reflects his connection to Livermore, where he currently resides.

Swalwell was born in Sac City, Iowa in 1980 and holds degrees from the University of Maryland. His educational background includes a BA earned in 2003 and a JD obtained in 2006.
