Rep. Eric Swalwell, who represents California’s 14th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared personal and holiday messages with his followers on social media.

On April 4, 2026, Swalwell posted about a family moment: “No better feeling than watching your 8-year-old chase down a line drive over his head in left field and make the catch! Little League is in full swing!”

The following day, on April 5, he made a brief post: “I’ve noticed https://t.co/v2is5FSKfW”.

Later that day, Swalwell extended holiday wishes to his constituents and others: “Happy Easter! Wishing everyone in CA-14 and across the country a joyful, peaceful day. https://t.co/60ASy5HSw3”

Swalwell has served as the representative for California’s 14th district since 2013, succeeding Pete Stark. He was born in Sac City, Iowa in 1980 and currently resides in Livermore. Swalwell holds both a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park (2003), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (2006).
