On Saturday, March 29, former Foothill High School standout Emily Mayer’s current college team, the Fort Hays State Tigers, lost 12-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Emporia State Hornets.
The game took place at Trusler Sports Complex. This was their second matchup against the Hornets this season.
The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 1 p.m. at Fleharty Family Field against Northeastern State Riverhawks.
