Pleasanton’s median commercial property tax rate for fiscal year 2025 was 1%, placing it sixth among Alameda County cities, based on data from BlockShopper.com.

Alameda County’s median rate was 1.3% during the same period, with Pleasanton’s rate 0.3 percentage points lower.

Across the 13 cities in Alameda County, commercial property tax rates varied from 0.6% in Livermore up to 1.7% in Albany.
