On Saturday, March 8, former Foothill High School standout Emily Mayer’s current college team, the Fort Hays State Tigers, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Missouri Western Griffons.
The game took place at Fleharty Family Field. This was their second matchup against the Griffons this season.
The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 12 p.m. at Mountain Lion Field against UCCS Mountain Lions.
