City Council Meetings are the first and third Wednesday of each month, except August, @7:00 pm in the Council Chambers. You can watch the event live on the City website. Meetings are also televised at 7:30 pm on Friday following the Wednesday's meeting on Comcast channel 38, U-Verse channel 99, and Wave channel 29.
