The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 8296 Elgin Lane, Dublin was sold on Sept. 3 by Eboni Tompkins for $200,000. The buyers were Tompkins Eboni and Parra Susan (and others).

So far in September 2021, three properties sold in Dublin.
