The home at 8835 Edenberry St., Dublin was sold on July 13 by Hale Irene H. (trustee) for $260,000. The buyers were Hale Irene H. and Hale Christopher Bruce (trustee).

So far in July 2020, this is the only property that sold in Dublin as of this publication.
