On Jan. 13, Wang Wei and Zhang Yonghui purchased a home at 1644 Tanglewood Court, Pleasanton from Sale Michael (trustee) for $1,190,000.

This home last sold for $670,000 on Dec. 4, 2009.

So far in January 2020, this is the only property that sold in Pleasanton as of this publication.
