Housing Element Draft Program Environmental Impact Report

The City of Pleasanton has prepared a Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the 2023-2031 Housing Element. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the DEIR evaluates the potential environmental impacts of implementing the proposed Housing Element. The DEIR is available for review on the city website, found here, or in printed form at the Planning Division located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue, or the Pleasanton Public Library located at 400 Old Bernal Avenue.

This DEIR is available for public comment now through December 5.
A public hearing to receive comments is tentatively scheduled for November 9 at 7 p.m. Visit the Housing Element webpage at www.pleasantonhousingelement.com for meeting updates.

Comments can also be shared with Associate Planner Megan Campbell at mcampbell@cityofpleasantonca.gov.
