Former Foothill High School player and current San Francisco State Gators first baseman and catcher, Matt Sugden, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the second seeded Cal State Monterey Bay Otters.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
