The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2025 in Alameda County , while total sales decreased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2025, 4,100 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices averaging $975,000. This is a 4.9% decrease from the $1,025,000 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 5,000 homes sold.
