The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2025 in Alameda County fell by $66,500, while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2025, 1,652 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices around averaging $953,500. This is a 6.5% decrease from the $1,020,000 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 2,444 homes sold.
