City of Pleasanton issued the following announcement on Dec. 11
To help many families and senior citizens across Pleasanton, the Pleasanton Police Officers Association's Charitable Foundation is continuing its tradition of the Giving Tree. This year, due to COVID-19 precautions, they are collecting gift cards as a safer way to assist your neighbors in need. If you would like to help:
Make gift card donations in $25 increments for Target, Wal-Mart, Raley's, or Safeway.
Attach all activation receipts to the back of the card.
Deliver all gift cards to the front counter at Pleasanton PD by Wednesday, December 16th.
